Boozy Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Welcome that cold winter weather with open arms – and a mug full of Peppermint Spiked Hot Chocolate, made with Fireside infused vodka! 


  • 2 ounces hot chocolate (homemade or boxed)
  • 1.5 ounces Fireside infused vodka
  • Peppermint stick
  • 1 dollop whipped cream


Heat the hot chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm, but not boiling. Add the Fireside infused vodka to the warmed apple cider and stir to combine. Pour into a mug, add the peppermint stick, and finish with the whipped cream. Cheers!


Peppermint Bark Martini (serves 2)

Decadent and easy to make, Peppermint Bark Martini is the ultimate holiday drink to put everyone in the holly jolly spirit of Christmas! 


  • 1.5 ounces Fireside infused vodka
  • 1.5 ounces Rumchata Liqueur
  • 1 ounce White Creme De Cacao
  • 1.5 ounces heavy cream (or Half-n-Half)
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon crushed candy canes (or peppermints)
  • Mini Candy Canes (for garnish)


Melt the white chocolate in the microwave on a flat plate for 30 seconds at a time until melted. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the chocolate coating the glass. Chill the glass until ready to serve. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the RumChata, Fireside infused vodka, crème de cacao, and cream. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass and add a mini candy cane if desired. Cheers!
